Most unprofessional and insensitive doctor I’ve ever met. Refused to get me in when I was having a miscarriage cause “ it was a nice day for him to go kayaking “ so he canceled my appointment. Not to mention the horrible secretary who was misinformed and gave me wrong information many times even after I tried to correct. Example asking for a referral for a breast reduction and she claims you make that appointment yourself and no referral required even for medical reasons and refused to book me in for the appointment. Not a walk in clinic as advertised. Walked in, was told they really only take appointments and to call to book an appointment but they're pretty booked up. 🙃
I can not say enough good things about this place. Im 70 years old. My prior doctor of 25 years has become useless - impossible to get hold of etc etc. I phoned Head To Toe and they got me right in right away and several of my problems I have been dealing with for several years were resolved immediately! They had me back the next week for more work, Im so impressed and grateful to finally have a place I can get help right away - he is a wonderful doctor and the receptionist is just super.
