This is definitely not the first time I’ve had an appointment for 10am (when they open) and I’m standing outside the door and no one is here AGAIN! Last time I waited in the parking lot for over an hour before they showed up! This time 15 min after 10am I’m gone! Literally myself and two other customers waiting.... We all left! How can you run a business and not give a shit about being on time! IM SO FINISHED WITH THIS PLACE! If it was possible to give negative stars I would!

I've never had a more horrible haircut in all my 32 years! I brought FOUR pictures of every angle to show the cut I wanted and she completely butchered my hair. I am literally sitting in my vehicle crying writing this review. And it's a PIXIE cut, so there's no cutting it shorter to fix it. I am utterly disgusted with this whole experience. And still charged me $50! Plus the $50 to another salon later in the day to attempt to fix it. A hundred bucks total for a horrendous haircut that will take MONTHS to grow out and fix.
