I have seen Dr. Kittrell on two occasions. First, she evaluated my 5 day old baby and did a tongue-tie revision. She was set to leave on vacation that day, but came into the office early to see us. I was an exhausted new mom and was completely freaking out. She didn't make me feel rushed, made sure nursing was going well after the procedure and was just generally so kind and reassuring.
