We had an incredible experience with PALS today! After finding out our daughter had lice last night, and attempting an OTC kit (which didn't work), I called at 730 this morning for help! Julie answered the phone right away, and sent Shannon out to help us. She took care of our daughter, checked the rest of us, and helped ensure we were doing everything we needed to disinfect the home. I'm hoping I'll never need to deal with this again, but IF I do, I'm skipping the OTC kit and just calling PALS! THANK YOU!!
