The work crew did a great job on the tile roof relay and flat roof work. There was a lot of wood repair done. I am glad they used the new type of underlayment which is supposed to be better than what I had before. Joe, the coordinator, was easy to talk to and he answered all of my questions. Overall, I am very happy with their service.
I had bought a 1966 Mobile Home in 2019 in HB. The mobile home was complete remodel inside. Still working the exterior and electrical. With that being said, the roof was in horrible condition!! We were getting leaks etc and prying for no rain. Since we have a mobile home, our choices of looking for a roof repair company was limited, due to State of Cal lic permits. Made an appointment for inspection of roof leak. A week later, a guy came and got on the roof and took pictures. He said I would get an email with an estimate. A week passes and no contact. I call the company and was told they would get back to me. Three days pass with no contact. I call again and ask if they want the job or not. Woman on the phone says yes, they want the job and will have someone get back to me in 20 minutes. That was over a week ago. A big, fat, 'F' from me
My wife and I decided to go with HD Roofs to replace our 30+ year old roof after receiving three estimates from three different companies. When Ace came out to do our estimate, he was the most courteous and professional estimator that we had come to our home. During the tear-off it was discovered that whomever had done the previous roof had put down a layer of tar and gravel on top of the 1X6 wood. I had some leaks from previous years. Wanted to find a responsive and quality team to repair. Juan came with a professional quote within 2 days. Quote was detailed with pics. Flexible with my additional request too. Two team workers with a project manager came to the sight right after that weekend. Work started right away.
