Terrible customer service, sent me the wrong item and asked me to place another order for correct item. I was told the refund would be issued when I return the wrong item back to the warehouse. Ti has been two weeks after the returned item delivered to the warehouse. There is no refund is issued. Called customer service many time and no one can help to resolve the problem. Better stay away!!!

We are a commercial customer and I can say after 24 years in this business, HD Supply has continued to decline in product as well as customer service. Just this past 5 to 6 months we have had numerous items to come in broken. We have had to jump through hoop after hoop to correct the situation when this happens. They ship through UPS and do not package their breakable items to protect them for transport. Terrible customer service, delivered doors to the wrong address. The driver used profanity and hung up on me. Customer service didn't care whatsoever, they dismissed my complaint. Find another company to buy supplies from..buyer beware.

Perhaps if you are a commercial customer, you might like this company but if you are residential, find another vendor even if they say they serve the residential market. 24 hour turn around.....not true....too many factors that make this not true (they don't tell you what they are). In stock....not easy to judge if the product is not where they need for it to be (even if it is in the Continental US) even if they say that it is "in stock".
