Hd supply is absolute garbage now Steve hundley has zero customer service skills , arrogant ignores clients spending hundreds of thousands on over priced garbage, delivery drivers are a joke anymore lazy bums who drop thousands of dollars of equipment closest spot to them and run off so your stuff gets stolen by homeless population and Steve hundley and his team condone this lazy half ass service. 0 stars in switching to Lowes at my place

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Worst customer service in the world. EVER. PERIOD. Ordered item in July, not only did we NEVER RECEIVE IT, but we have been charged for it TWICE! My husband has spent HOURS on the phone with customer service since July. Would rate at no stars if the app would let me!

I ordered smoke detectors and were sent CO alarms instead. It took a bit of time for a response, I first submitted the issue through the channel on their website to notify of problems. I received an email telling me the return was being processed. Later they decided they weren't going to credit me for the missing product and have left the bill on my account and have yet to send the correct product.

Absolute garbage customer service. They still haven't delivered an order from 4 months ago. Supply chain issues are one thing, complete lack of communication is another. Repeated emails to the company have gone unanswered and I have been charged for the item.

Horrible customer service ordered air handler they said they had five of them in stock it was listed as overnight delivery that was on on Monday I had to install it for a customer the following Tuesday kept calling them they said that the warehouse is behind on Thursday I talk to one of the managers said they would get back to me never call back they have no way of tracking their ordersSo on Friday I canceled the order the following Wednesday afternoon they show up with a truck with my air handler sent it back still waiting ... read more

im not upset the disinfecting products i ordered were on back order (we re int he midst of a pandemic), so if you are complaining that you didnt get your order in 4 days, you need to get some perspective. what i am complaining about is that a month after my order, a charge finally went thru on my credit card. i logged in a few days later to see my order was canceled. the rude chat person (brandy) told me i needed to call in to get my refund over an order they canceled. then she hung up the chat on me, and when i tried to gi... read more

Terrible service... do not use this company! I ordered a large shipment of toilet paper... 4 days after delivery date I called to find out when to expect item... was told cv it was on back order and still a month out!!! When I asked why I was given a delivery date that they could not execute on they just said sorry... Yikes! Very unprofesdional.

I ordered a warranty replacement water heater and the order was canceled by their warehouse due to the fact that their truck did not service my area and was bill $361. They sent out a second water heater through a trucking company and upon opening discovered the water heater was damaged and was billed additional $361. Now I have two damage water heaters that I paid close to $1100 for and no answer from them.

I cant believe i`m still waiting for 3 months for the order. Any time i call they tell me we are working on. Is time to shop somewhere else.
