I had 2 roofs replaced. They were in awful condition. All the plywood had to be replaced and many of the rafters were eaten away by termites and dry rot. HD Roofs had a very challenging job in fixing the 2 roofs. Ace was the supervisor. He was always available and kept us informed about what was going on. My 60 y.o. 2400 s.f. rental property is custom designed and built and had been leaking here and there for years where the flat roof butted up against the tile roofline and around the rooftop AC/Heat unit on top a wooden base. Joe and his team are AWESOME!!! Not only are they fairly priced but, extremely thorough, flexible, communicative, honest, and genuine. Joe made absolutely sure that his crew was on top of it. He was onsite almost every single day, keeping tabs, and always provided us with updates. In a world lacking good customer support, Joe went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and happy with his service!
