They cannot arch eyebrows, a lady next to me looked very relaxed & comfortable getting her nails done so that’s a 9/10
Does not know how to do lash, Lady did not care how I wanted my lashes she rushed and didn’t even try
The tech that did my pedicure was not good,I’m sick of the laziness for the money, she didn’t take time cleaning my feet and underneath my toes,lousy job on the cuticles,she barely scrubbed my heels and around my toes,soon as you put your feet in the water they wanna start working on them but the hard skin needs to soften up,my heels are still a bit rough,..I could have done this pedicure my self smh, the manicure well it wasn’t one smh they keep cheating us and decreasing the services or charging extra,my nails look like I’... read more
They are cheap and do nails nice but DIRTY. They rinse off the tools in your feet water after your pedicure is done and if you get your eyebrows done they try to use repeat stick AND reuse the lash brush! The lash brush was CAKED up with dust… I said that’s dirty …. She got annoyed and said next time bring your own brush because I can’t use a new brush for each person. So I left and didn’t get my eyebrows done…. Great prices but not worth the infection.
