Poor Work We hired HD Johnson to replace our furnace and convert from oil heat to gas. They did the job a few months ago and we are still dealing with odds and ends which were not correctly done. They sub contracted and sub-sub contracted for the oil tank draining and removal. We had two rugs ruined, an oil spill in the basement, loose water pipes and a problem with a thermostat installation. We do not recommend this company
The first cause for concern was when Dave Johnson himself, informed me that the mechanism one of THEIR plumbers had drawn for me on a previous visit doesn't even exist! But, most upsetting of all was the way that, beginning with the very first words out of his mouth, he chose to be (shockingly) condescending, insulting and downright disdainful towards me.
