Great promotions! Great furniture! – This wonderful furniture store was nice enough to give bruins (myself included) free furniture should we manage to trip up USC's march to the championship. Now I'm sitting pretty on my new furniture, delighted at how the poor trojans fell flat on their face.
Fred Segal of Furniture – Can't get enough of this amazing place. The ideas from their in-house designers keep me coming back for more.
Horse Hair Beds??? – HD Buttercup is "HUGE". Lots of walking around, great products highlighted by a Horse Hair Bed". Sounds awful? It's amazing. High price tag, but sooo comfortable.
Look in the back – My wife and I spent a good two hours roaming this giant space in search of a table and chairs for out eating area. We found an "hidden space" in the back that had everything marked down nearly 50%. We picked up a table and six chairs and couldn't be happier. If they had a restaurant it would have been the perfect Sunday.

Caveat Emptor – This may look like a creative design mecca what it realy is a pretentious way of merchandising m for it's lessors that cause consumers to put in a trance by the visuals (how LA) and forget the essence of retail is service. Buttercup is a place where the elite meet to buy products that are truly unique. The uniqueness comes in pricing.
