neglectful staff
They got rid of best Dr there Melissa Blande and the Dr I had to see was very rude both times I have encountered him. Well the last time was the last time. I will be going to Saphire Medical. Oh and my sleep study Dr said I needed my medicine Dr. David Suyes she also wanted to know who you was because she said you was so wrong in what you told me, so I guess Melissa was right!!!! She worked like a dog for yall, you should be ashamed!!!!
I recently visited HCHT in downtown Harrisonburg for a blood check about three weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my results. I’ve been calling them for almost two weeks, and no one ever answers the phone. I even left three voicemails, and no one called me back. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The communication is terrible, and I would not recommend this place based on my experience.
