I recently went to Blacktown Hcf dental centre , I had a check up and clean with Dr Kashikar and there was a dental nurse called Daphne. The service was top notch. Couldn’t have had a more satisfying experience. Both were very gently , very friendly, made sure I was comfortable at all time . I would recommend anyone that needs a dentist to book with Dr Kashikar , if there is the dental nurse Daphne with Dr Kashikar , it’s like hitting the jackpot couldn’t have had a better experience.
Had appointment at 8am. Had to leave at 817 for work. HCF staff member still not at work. Service very poor. Waste of my time. Would like practice manager to call me
I genuinely don’t understand why people choose roles that require working closely with the public if they are unwilling or unable to offer basic warmth and support. I have attended this practice several times, and each visit has been challenging. Taking children to the dentist is already difficult, and the lack of welcome or empathy makes it an unnecessarily stressful experience from the outset. A big thankyou to the staff at Hcf Dental Blacktown for managing to get me in today as an emergency. Dr Nat and her assistant were so thorough and put me at ease quickly. Definitely recommend them for your dental needs.
