- I’m writing on behalf of my mom who was screaming, crying & writhing in level 10 pain by the time I got her home but refused to return b/c of how cruelly she was treated. - No post surgery pain management plan. No adequate pain meds. Discharged at level 8 pain w/ only Tylenol. My intake procedure was easy and prompt. My waiting time was minimal. I was directed to my procedure area where everyone was very kind and professional. Dr. Queen was reassuring and gave me all of the information about my procedure. After my biopsy he gave me helpful info for his results and my recovery. He then telephoned me the next day and gave me the lab results. Thank you to one and all at HCA Presbyterian-St. Luke's Hospital.
