Dr Li is very professional and conscientious. He always treats my medical issues as a priority with the goal of finding a resolution. I am always greeted warmly by his office staff and by him. He discusses options that are available to me to resolve my health concerns. He even provides referrals to his peers for issues I have that require another Medical Specialist. This was my wife, Sharon's first visit for consultation about an operation. The staff was friendly, caring and considerate of her dementia. Dr Schmitz was great. She had reviewed the prior info sent and knew exactly what needed to be done. Her exam of Sharon was compassionate and she explained the upcoming procedure clearly and answered all my questions.

My first visit with Dr Carpenter was very impressive he took the time to go over my health records, my prescriptions. The thing I received the most of my visit is that he was sincere and cared about my health issues. I have already recommended him to other friends and relatives.
Dr Li is an amazing doctor. He treats the whole person. You can tell he really cares for physical, emotional, and mental health.
Dr. Carpenter is without a doubt the most competent doctor I've ever been of a patient of. He takes the time to not only listen and diagnose his patients, he genuinely cares about the well-being of those he serves and builds long term relationships with. I am 66 and never had any surgery.So I was floored when I was told I had stage 1 uterine cancer and needed a hysterectomy. Dr.Mary Jo Schmitz explained everything to me and gave me great odds for a full recovery cancer free. My boyfriend has had 6 surgeries and was hugely impressed by Mary Jo and her crew. He couldn't believe how nice everyone was.
I am a long-time patient of Chris Carpenter and sheduled a routine annual health checkup - no problems what so ever. Blood test results were discussued (no changes to meds were needed). Refills were authotized. Just another excellent visit with him and his staff.
