I’m VERY unhappy with the care my brother received in the ER. He was in a very bad accident and it took the nursing staff 4 hours to administer pain meds to him. My family called and asked for the nursing sup and the director of nursing NO ONE was available. So he had to suffer for four hours. This is unacceptable!!! I’m in the medical field and I am totally aware of the medical protocol! I will be reporting to the CNO on MEDICAL NEGLECT which your medical team neglected to treat my brother as he suffers from trauma due to a... read more

Tests were quickly done and I was admitted for further testing and observation. After a sequence of testing, a diagnosis was made, and a procedure was performed that ultimately could’ve saved my life. And 2-1/2 days after entering the ER, I walked out and drove myself home. your ER is the worst excuse for medical treatment I have ever experienced! After my fiance gave birth, her appeasiotomy tore. I accompanied her, because she was unable to walk, breastfeeding, and in excruciating pain. I understand the regulations regarding visitors due to Covid. However, I was made to leave without a plan in place to provide the mother's milk for our son. The lady at the door was very rude. My fiance was never seen by a doctor, only a nurse. This is the absolute worst hospital I’ve ever seen in my life!!!! We are from Palm Beach County visiting and our cousin was in a bad accident today who is also from Palm Beach County. He laid in pain for over 3 hours, no BP cuffs, no update on his condition, etc . My husband stood up the entire time while there, which was over 4 hours because there weren’t any chairs for him to sit. The staff didn’t know his condition or his nurse.
