One of the worst facilities I have ever been in. Crooks. Insane bedside manners from nurses. Attending physician never visits yet writes orders prior to contact with patient. Went in Friday afternoon for possible heart attack and severe nausea. ER did blood work and EKG. Results were normal. Never confirmed if it was a heart attack or not. Insisted they admit me for additional testing. Instead they admitted me for nothing but observation for which nothing was done in next 24 hours. On March 10, 2021, I was scheduled for a biopsy of a tumor in the bladder. We arrived a 5:30 AM and we where greeted by a nurse that took our temperature and we medially went to admission. In matter of minutes I was in my room with my wife and the prepping started. All the medical team from the Hospital are excellent and took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. This was my first time going to Trinity Hospital and I was certainly very pleased. The doctors, nurses and technicians in the ER were friendly, quick and efficient. The next day I called to pick up my CD's from Imaging...I was shocked to hear I could get them within an hour of calling her. The whole experience is 5-Stars!

Nick was very inappropriate by talking about patients in a bad way and when he was confronted by me and medical staff he became very volatile and physically assaulted me on my left Breast area by grabbing and leaving bruising which was reported with local law enforcement officials. I was in pain for 10 days, entire stay, from injuries sustained from their sloppy management of my body while under general anesthesia in the ICU. I awoke with bruises on my head, clavicle, and leg which required imaging. I need surgery for one of the injuries and it will not be here. Run for the hills. Linen with feces fresh off the cart to my bed, never offered even a washcloth during the entire stay - my visitor took care of me, I could write a book. DO NOT GO HERE. Trinity medical center is a state of the art hospital that was only constructed two years ago with the most updated medical equipment available. Just looking at the reviews and seeing that even with all this brand new technology the average review is 2.8 stars should tell you a lot. I am currently an inpatient in this hospital. And I have never seen such buffoonery , Actual keystone cop type comedy pretrade by your medical staff before in my life. My experience was amazing! I gave birth to my son and I was extremely nervous and scared. As a first time mom you never know what to expect but they made me feel so at ease and comfortable. All of the nurses treated me as family/friend vs “just a patient”. They helped me not only physically but mentally the whole time. I couldn’t of asked for a better birth experience.

We had a terrible experience at this hospital. I almost lost my daughter and I lost my granddaughter.. My daughter had a total placenta abruption. They didn't seem to rush or take her situation seriously. Her midwife had called to the hospital that she was coming in with low fetal heart rate. A lady with a wheelchair brought her upstairs. She forced my daughter to walk, from the elevator to a hospital room at the end of the hall, when she was in the worst pain of her life. It's now 10:25 PM on Feb 16. I brought my friend in to the ER at 5:30 in horrible pain . She had surgery on her neck last week and is in excruciating pain!!!! After 2 1/2 hrs they ordered a CT Scan It's now 3 hours later and we feel we're being ignored!! I can't believe they can just leave you in a room and forget about the pain you're in!!
