My experience was amazing! I gave birth to my son and I was extremely nervous and scared. As a first time mom you never know what to expect but they made me feel so at ease and comfortable. All of the nurses treated me as family/friend vs “just a patient”. They helped me not only physically but mentally the whole time. I couldn’t of asked for a better birth experience.
We had a terrible experience at this hospital. I almost lost my daughter and I lost my granddaughter.. My daughter had a total placenta abruption. They didn't seem to rush or take her situation seriously. Her midwife had called to the hospital that she was coming in with low fetal heart rate. A lady with a wheelchair brought her upstairs. She forced my daughter to walk, from the elevator to a hospital room at the end of the hall, when she was in the worst pain of her life. It's now 10:25 PM on Feb 16. I brought my friend in to the ER at 5:30 in horrible pain . She had surgery on her neck last week and is in excruciating pain!!!! After 2 1/2 hrs they ordered a CT Scan It's now 3 hours later and we feel we're being ignored!! I can't believe they can just leave you in a room and forget about the pain you're in!! Ps if you truly "valued" our opinions I think you'd be making some improvements instead of keeping the status quo of negative reviews. Just another example of extremely poor customer/patient care
I wouldn't go back there if my life dended on it. I feel like I'd die either way, spent most of December there and then had to go to North Bay for most of January to get treated for what they didn't treat at trinity. Frankly, they're lucky I didn't sue their sorry ass.
Worse experience ever in a hospital,rude,they only care about money,I prefer to die on the road that go back to that place.
