My mother was admitted 9 days ago with a serious lung infection. I appreciated Dr. Sidhu's candor and the ability to explain my mother's condition and treatment in laymen's terms. Jhody and Recquel were outstanding nurses and took great care of my mother. Kai Nguyen, respiratory nurse, was an angel and eased our concerns by explaining a similar situation that her family member had recently gone through.
I was reading reviews in case I have an emergency. Last year my wufe woke up unable to breath. My neighbor took her to Trinity Hospital about twenty miles south of us. It is a HCA Hosp. In the emergency room they insisted she keep a mask on, even though she was having great difficulty. The nurse said, " "If you choose to not obey my instructions, LEAVE NOW" . today my husband was sent to ER. although some tests were done, we never received any results or paperwork of the tests. After several hours into the ER, finally a Dr. showed up, but, only for few minutes. Doctor NEVER came back! One of the worst facilities I have ever been in. Crooks. Insane bedside manners from nurses. Attending physician never visits yet writes orders prior to contact with patient. Went in Friday afternoon for possible heart attack and severe nausea. ER did blood work and EKG. Results were normal. Never confirmed if it was a heart attack or not. Insisted they admit me for additional testing. Instead they admitted me for nothing but observation for which nothing was done in next 24 hours. No doctor visits (except medical students... read more
On March 10, 2021, I was scheduled for a biopsy of a tumor in the bladder. We arrived a 5:30 AM and we where greeted by a nurse that took our temperature and we medially went to admission. In matter of minutes I was in my room with my wife and the prepping started. All the medical team from the Hospital are excellent and took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. My wife and I were super excited about getting our first ultrasound of our baby together at this facility. However, due to the stupid Covid restrictions, they wouldn’t allow me, as the father. To even enter the room with them which is completely absurd. The employee cited that they are following CDC guidelines however that is simply not true.
