I am a volunteer in the Gift Shop at PCMC. I have been a patient several times in the past 20 years. I have to say I always received excellent care in all areas. People (staff) are so nice, pleasant and professional. I rate it as a 5 star hospital.

Most of the stave is out standing. However Something needs to be done about Patients who ask not to get a certain food and the hospital Tries to give it to them for lunch and dinner. I've told everyone I could Even listed it as an allergy and nobody listens.
