Dr Armotrading not only takes time to listen, he always takes time to explain & illustrate what he plans to do medically, with you & your family in mind. If there is a problem, he consciously chooses to hear both sides. He is a real physician, not only with his hands & mind, but with his heart. Very bad hospital. Had valid , documented, and verified problems with every single person that worked at this facility. No action was chosen to remedy anything, and I was refused participation in all government surveys to report my dissatisfaction. Management is just not interested.

All staff were very helpful & efficient. Dr. Armotrading explained everything to myself & my wife in detail & answered all our questions. Excellent experience all around.

I had the occasion to use the Northside Hospital surgical Specialists today and they were a delight! It can be nerve wracking to deal with medical issues but these folks made it very easy. They were respectful, warm hearted, knowledgeable and kind. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I met Dr. Armotrading when I needed an emergency ileostomy. Throughout the next year and four surgeries he was there with his skill and smile and put me back together again! Shout out to Carrie and Ericka in his office, where else does a real person pick up the phone within a couple of rings! Thank you so much to all!
