RecommendedJake (from State Farm) is the best of the best!!! He is truly a blessing in discuise ❤️ While staying at the hospital my mother would continuously brag about how nice and polite he was... Not to mention nice on the eyes 🤣😃 He brought an extra chair for my sister in the room and then helped us Feng Shui the room so we could both fit our chairs next to our mom. He is exactly what every hospital needs and you can tell he loves his job by the way he treats his patients. Thank you again Jake!!
The lack of communication and semi professionalism caused me to check myself out after 3 days countless tests and no diagnosis. I literally told the staff I'd rather die at home. There were about a handful of people that seemed to be working there out of love for the profession rather than just a check.
I drove down today from Jacksonville to visit a friend who is currently inpatient. When I checked in at the front desk I asked if there was a dedicated spot for breastfeeding Mom’s to be able to pump. I’m currently breastfeeding, left my son with his father (didn’t want to bring him to the hospital) and the front desk lady informed me, they had no such place and told me I could pump in the restroom. We were initially going to go to their Walk-In/Fas Track system, and we chose Northside because the Walk-In would save us time if he had to go to the ER. For abdominal pain, it’s always better safe than sorry: we were directed to the ER and he saw Dr. Hanna (sp?) within 10 minutes. ER Nurse Joe was amazingly courteous, professional and great at explaining things. On the 24th after visiting someone, I started to walk home, on the sidewalk next to the funeral home, I fell, I hurt my knee and hip and couldn't walk. After sitting there for what seems like quite a while, two security guards from Northside saw me from the Northside area, and came to my rescue. After watching many cars pass by, I can't tell you how grateful I was to see them. They helped me get to the ER and treated me with, compassion, respect, and kindness! Thank you again E.
