Unresponsive doctors who seem to not communicate with eachother... nurses lack professionalism, empathy and comminication skills...horrendous nurse technicians. Calle 8 seems to have spilled over into the hallways of the 4th floor. Nurse techs having incredibly loud conversations across hallways. WTF!
