I want to express my greatest gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Crespo and nurses like Lidislay at Kendall Regional Hospital cardiac cat team. dept. I want to express my greatest gratitude and appreciation to the Dr’s and nurses at Kendall Regional Hospital ER dept. My grandma came in on April 3, 2023 and the service we received was exceptional. I want to give a huge shout out to the nurses SEBASTIAN, ALEXIS & BENJI. They did everything they could in their power to relieve my grandma’s pain. AWESOME STAFF AND CARE…My grandmother was admitted on April 3. The doctors were very informative and attentive. The staff especially Alexis, Sebastian and Benji went above and beyond to care for her and ease her pain. They were very pleasant while doing there job, not to mention that the ER was short staffed and they still SHINED!!!!!

The worst care aver. My grandma had the flu and she needed tamiflu. She got into the ER at 9pm. She did not receive the tamiflu until 12:30 PM the next day because I called Administration to complain. MD ordered a bed side procedure to avoid potential mucous aspiration and it never happened, RN did not know how to do it. The diaper was changed after 10 hours and bcz I had to ask several times.

My aunt has been in ICU for 10 days today and not once, have I been able to call and get a nurse to answer the phone without having to call approximately 10-12 times daily. One day I was so worried that I got in my car and drove to the hospital. Having a loved one in the hospital let alone ICU is stressful enough. Disappointed and concerned.

It has been my best experience to visit Urgent Care in Kendall, Gloria C attended me and very politely, directed me to be attended by Inalvis B and Leonel Urquiaga who very professionally helped me, because I didn't feel well health, I congratulate you on the care received.

My 85 year old Father has been operated by a great Surgeon Dr Mir and treated by the Nurses of the Burn Unit for over a month and I need to say they are great . Congratulation to this Team ! Sincerely grateful to you and glad my Dad ended up in your hands . Córdova Family

This is , by far the WORST hospital in Miami, do not take your loved ones here. My Mother was taken here by paramedics and the so called doctors had a different diagnosis everyday. First it was Herpes!!! Yes Herpes, then it was Meningitis. My mother had NO FEVER! Then they told me she probably needed dialysis because her blood could be infected. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! I was told by many friends to AMA her out and I did, I took her to BAPTIST and in 2 days they told me her seizures were due to she had stopped taking a medication... read more
