These people have nasty attitudes. if you are pregnant I don’t recommend them as a provider they don’t care in cases of emergency especially if you are having a miscarriage. Horrible practice would give zero stars of possible.

I had a WWE (Well Woman Exam) less than a week ago with Dr Byrd (the middle age male black Dr) and the next day I was itching, I had an unfamiliar odor, and discolored discharge coming from my vagina. I'm not sure if the instruments he used was clean/sanitized or his hands was dirty or what, but whatever caused this infection this isn't acceptable and if this happened to me it can happen to u as well. This practice needs help. My dr. ordered bloodwork, so I walked over to their in-house lab. Two technicians spent 30 minutes trying to get to my vein. They only tried twice, so it wasn't constant jabbing, but still annoying that they couldn't get the vein--I get bloodwork regularly for another health issue and have never had a problem. I overheard them having issues with another patient, so it seems they lack the proper training. horrible staffing my first appointment the nurse didnt take record of any of my vitals the thermometer was dead and she stated" im sure youre fine" no ultrasound was given AT ALL. i recently visited triage in which they told me to do a follow up appointment immediately with my obgyn, when i called to do the follow up i was told i would have to wait for my actual appointment which was set for a month later and was immediately hung up on. it was unsanitary during lab and in the actual rooms with trash on the floors. it seems t... read more
