The emergency room is the last place I would ever go to in the future. The uncaring attitudes and rude demeanor of most of the staff makes me wonder why they are employed in the healthcare field. My daughter had a severe migraine. I know it doesn't compare to a gunshot or stabbing, but to hear a nurse at the desk describe it: oh she just has a migraine. The nursing staff are great. The case managers are not very supportive or informative or sensitive to the needs of the patience. Some of the doctors can be on the slow side but they get the job done
