Apparently they changed the ER to make it more efficient. What they actually did was create a huge mecca for hipaa violations, increase patient exposure by putting all the "intermediate care" patients in the same room. They don't even wipe down the chairs when patients leave because half of them are cloth. Currently, my son and I are sitting next to a man with bed bugs... how do I know that?
