Wow what can I say about this place... the service was amazing the place was very very well kept up and the nice guy working Haeven is nothing short of spectacular. I contacted him on a vehicle and things went south on my end but he directed me towards a better deal and I ended up going home Very satisfied in my new vehicle.. This place is very worth checking out when in need of a vehicle!
Place was a mess and extremely unprofessional. The cars were filthy, a lot due to the construction, but still. The description of the vehicle did no justice to the condition of the vehicle when I got there. I mean the radio didn't even work! Best part is they had customers climbing around in my personal car when I pulled back in from the test drive!! Lol. Quite an experience for sure.
Good response time
They did reply right away, but I asked a question and they never got back with me after. Maybe what I was trying to find out they couldn't answer right away, but it's been a week already. I might feel different if I have a chance to go in person.
They called me as soon as possible.
