Came into the shop to get a new sound system on my boat while we're getting ready to headout to the river for the 4th of July. Jason helped me choose the perfect set up 2 amps, 4 speakers a subwoofer and a radio. It sounds awesome!! I could not be any happier. More importantly the customer service was like no other. Jason helped me on a great deal , a brand new pioneer radio for my honda civic and at better price then the other shops down the street. They were able to match an online price my boyfriend found for me and walked me through how to stream music and make phone calls through my bluetooth. These guys are the best :)
Disgusting attitudes!!!!! Wow is all i can say......my husband attempted to get a quote from the "workers" here and all they did was hang up the phone when asked to speak to a manager was told not there..... It surprises me how many positive reviews this place has to be honest they proably have people write fake reviews to make them look better than they really are.....pathetic
Garbage customer service i litteraly got hung up on everytime trying to call and ask for price i couldnt believe how i was treated for not ever even stepping foot in this place sad
Great experience. All my questions were answered. He showed me how to use my new nav system after installation and paired my phone before I left. Whole thing only took a few hours. Would definitely recommend.
My first review ever but this place deserves to be my first. I have never been to a place this bad before. Do not trust anything about this store.
