I cannot say enough good things about this company. Travis and his crew handled a very difficult situation with professionalism, compassion, and incredible attention to detail from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and worked hard to make sure everything was completely cleaned, sanitized, and safe again. Canaan was outstanding. He was extremely friendly, professional, and courteous from start to finish. He provided advance notice the day before his arrival, checked in again first thing that morning, and then contacted me once more about an hour before arriving, which was greatly appreciated. He had to crawl through the tight crawl space beneath our condo building to address a sewage backup issue, and he handled the entire situation with professionalism and a positive attitude.
