Stumbled across this restaurant, while visiting the Parkway. The food was outstanding! Smoked to perfection. And we took a few of the unique sauces, home with us for good measure. Will return!
The food and service was great! Will definitely be back.. we even got take out yummie desserts to go home and they .. peanut butter pie and pecan pie..we’re awesome
Great food! Service is awesome! Had the pork quesadilla was delicious! Banana pudding was the bomb! Definitely deserves a return visit.
Great food; absolutely the best St. Louis ribs I've ever had, and their collard greens and mac n cheese are delicious also. Highly recommended.

Haywood Smokehouse was recommended to us by the Welcome Center...as we were on vacation staying in Maggie Valley. We went twice within several days, Saturday nights are jammed packed with at least 45 minutes waiting. Husband & I had the 3 meats (chicken, brisket, ribs) with the smoked mac & cheese & baked beans. The best! Our dessert was the fried apples. We also got the prime rib to go to eat on Sunday & a pint of BBQ sauce. I highly recommend HS to anyone vacationing in the area.
Missed eating at the one in Dillsboro yesterday (closed on Monday) but found out they had one in Waynesville so we had dinner there today! The brisket is fantastic!
When we moved to Waynesville and tried Haywood Smokehouse on a whim, we felt like we had hit the jackpot. This is our all-time favorite BBQ restaurant in WNC, and we feel so fortunate to have it in our neighborhood. Our favorite menu items are the ribs, brisket burger, gobble gobble turkey sandwich, and campfire potatoes. Soooo good!! ��� ����
