RecommendedThey do BBQ right here. The burnt ends are excellent and nothing is drowned in sauce. My wife is celiac and two daughters are gluten sensitive and they eat here without issue of being contaminated.
The best BBQ in town hands down
We picked this restaurant based on other reviews. It was fantastic. My favorite food is bbq and the beef brisket and pulled pork were both great. My favorite thing was the strawberry chipotle bbq sauce. Another couple dining recommended we try it and it as so good! Based on the name it wouldn’t be my choice but it was sweet and spicy and delicious. We will definitely be back in our next trip through!
Their dry rub ribs were outstanding! Especially, the ones at The Waynesville Smokehouse. Within the past three weeks, the seasoning has changed. They are still good, but not outstanding anymore. The barbecue is still good! We've been eating there every Thursday for the past three years! We drove 2 hours to have BBQ here for my first time. It was so worth it! Some of the BEST BBQ I’ve ever had! All of the different sauces were amazing! We will definitely be back! Can’t wait!
if you are looking for authentic NC bbq, then this is the place. huge portions, perfectly smoked meats and delicious sides and reasonably priced! mins away from downtown Waynesville too. yum!!
Been here 2 summers in a row and still tastes amazing. Chopped brisket and pulled pork were wonderful! For dessert I rec the bourbon chocolate pecan pie!
