Great location, nice residents, low space rent The park is clean and most home owners keep up their units and their lots. The space rents are the lowest in the bay area. At just $395 per month for 2009/2010 it is a bargain. The recreation facilities are neat and clean, not fancy but nice. The park is in a great location near Southland Mall, freeway, restaurants, public transportation. Meals are served in the clubhouse two days a week by Spectrum services. Hayward Mobile Country Club is falling apart I live in the park and management is not involved in any park activities, when one of our residents turned 100 the manager refused to to help out with any part of her birthday party. The pipes in the ground are rusting and some residents have brown water and the streets are falling apart. The manager also has different rules for different people.

Hayward Mobile Country Club Nice quite mobile home park. I think all the homes are double wide. I visited recently and found that the management trys to involve their residents in fun activities. The calendar was full.
