GREAT gym. Dropped in for some Olympic lifting and had a great time. Nice equipment and plenty of space. Watched Coach Chris lead a class and the man knows what he’s doing! Really diverse crowd and people were friendly and having fun. I would definitely come regularly for lifting and general fitness if I lived in the area! Check it out…

The coaches are very knowledgeable, take their time to explain movements and correct our form. The gym is always clean, well-maintained, and organized. What really sets it apart is the community — the members are so welcoming, motivating, and positive that you can’t help but push yourself harder.
