Service experts? More like service disaster. Same story as many others. I was a customer of Hays Heating and Cooling who I was very happy with. This disaster of a company bought them. The first time they came out they tried to sell me on $5000 worth of upgrades on 2 brand new trane systems less than 1 year old that Hays put in. Then, the 2nd time they were scheduled to come to do standard maintenance, they called at the day/time of the appointment saying they needed to reschedule. Our landlord had Service Experts come out to fix some plumbing in our house and install a new water heater last year. Cole has been to our house a couple of times and all the times he came out he was always so nice and respectful of our place. I really appreciate that, appreciate his knowledge on everything and being able to fix the stuff that needed fixed. Thank you!
Scam Artists-Do not believe anything they tell you! They are only salesmen now set up to screw you out of every penny & do not care! All the real techs & repairmen there quit a year ago. They're trying to sell me an air scrubber I don't need b/c of a little rust on my internal unit, which is really normal wear & tear, & want to charge me 5k for a less than a 5 year old new unit I paid 8k total for! I bought a new unit from Hays HVAC, which was bought out by this company. Hays had excellent customer service, so I thought I would give this company a chance to continue my A/C maintenance plan. I called and was forwarded to an answering service who didn't know what their maintenance plan and was rather rude. I brushed it off and was and scheduled for a day they didn't even have any appointments available.
