Mark was great! Well educated on what we needed. Explained everything thoroughly. Grateful he was able to service our water heater/recirc unit the same day.
Serviceman Raymond did very through job, explained the work done and assisted with adjusting the thermostat!
Mark showed up on the early side of the repair window, evaluated the issues and made his recommendations. Answered all my questions and we proceeded with the repair. Work looks top notch. Have a couple of other projects on the list and will be calling back to request Mark come back out when the time is right. Thank you.
Mark did an excellent job fixing our leaking pipe at our exterior wall. He was easy to work with and finished the work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.
