This company was dispatch to my property on 8/2/2021 for water coming into my basement level. The technician name is Garth. He came in an looked around and diagnose it was a sewer line break. I asked him where was the break and if he had a CCTV to determine where the break is. His response was no he does not have a CCTV. What real plumber does not have a CCTV. Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Haynes Plumbing. I had a sewer backup into my basement on August 22. Representatives of Haynes Plumbing were dispatched to my property and determined that a portion of my sewer line needed replacement. The repair took place on August 24 and took the better part of the day. I cannot vouch for the long-term efficacy of the repair; however, up to this point, everything seems to be operating as it should. My issue is with the way my front yard was restored.
