Tony and Mike were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the installation of a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet. I absolutely do not like writing reviews, I prefer to speak with someone because mistakes happen and as long as we can work out a fix I'm okay. That is not the case with Haynes; I have been trying to get in touch with someone for two days but the office manager is always out. We had a plumber come over to unclog a toilet. The plumber was in our office for about 15 minutes and said it was an easy fix, only the water levels needed adjusting. They charged me over $250 for this. The very next day the toilet would not flush again... read more
After 6 hours they still haven’t come. I’ve spoken with the girls at the call center many times who assured me the plumber would be here today, but it’s now closed and no plumber. Do not use Haynes Plumbing! Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with.
I really don’t get why these guys are not that popular. Their services are undeniably top notch. These are the guys I call whenever I need something big or small fixed regarding my water system. Trust me with these guys you can’t go wrong
