I have been going here since I was a kid. I've always trusted them with my eye care and now have entrusted them with my own family. They are always very friendly.
I've been going to Hayley since I was a child. I've bought prescription sunglasses, frames, lenses and contact lenses and never once have I had any grief or any trouble with them. Ive never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen. Whenever I've gone in for a repair it has been expedient. Appointments are expedient without making you feel rushed. I will not be going back here. I had a 3:15 appointment last week at this office. They called me back did a Eye Pressure Test, and then asked me to sit in a different waiting room. I sat back there for 45 mins without ever being seen. I then went to the front desk to tell them i was leaving because they forgot about me. She asked if I could reschedule I said sure when can you get me in. She said with a smile on her face 3 weeks, so I left. My Wife called and complain and all they said was they will look into it.
