I wish we had had a better experience here! We had a hard time scheduling appointments, but the last straw was when we showed up 10 mintes early for our confirmed appointment and were told we had missed it by 30 minutes. I showed the receptionist my confirmation text and she made no effort to squeeze us in, despite the fact that I showed her the text and it was obviously not our mistake. We will not be returning.
Always receive the best treatment here and always helping with a smile!
Today's visit was my son's second time at an optometrist and our first time at Hayley. We were greeted well and attended to quickly. My son was comfortable and enjoyed his experience. The staff was nice and helpful. The doc was great, open to our questions and concerns. A few more smiles would have earned the fifth star but it was 8:30 in the morning and some groggy faces are to be expected :) Great service overall!
The people were nice to us when we went... not a fan of how long you have to wait to get the glasses... was hoping to have had them already... but all in all it was OK!!! Not a 5 but not a 1... when I called a cpl times tho they were rude but I just let it go maybe they were having a bad day...
All the folks at Hayley's are the BEST! Friendly service. Efficient use of time.
