This place is an absolute joke! Not olny is the lady that works in the front rude and unprofessional she always seems to be high. They donor know what they r doing. One of them took it upon themselves to add full coverage to one of my vehicles without my permission or knowledge and when i ask my my monthly payment that month was so high , i was told it was because it was my renewal only to find out the next month that it was not. Very disappointed with my experience here. Multiple promises for calls back broken, lack of service quality, poor carriers offered, and an issue when cancelling I plan to file a complaint with the state board about.
