There are many reasons I stay at the Dolce Hayes Mansion when I visit San Jose. Of course, it is beautiful and oh so comfortable and luxurious, and the food is incredible, but the way they treat their guests stands out. Beautiful hotel , great quiet location and efficient staff. A gem of a find.
Spent one week in Hayes Mansion. The entire staff was quite co-operative and hospitable. It is quite scenic and serene and the staff has maintained the surroundings at peace. The food was delicious, and the staff was considerate of people from different regions and cultures. Would surely like to make a second visit once an opportunity arises.
Attended a wedding here. Major chaos and third rate service in spite of paying some large amounts of money. The establishment refused to serve wine and water at the table in spite of a written agreement. The waiters were not interetsted in serving the guests. I am not a big fan.
