Was there for a huge conference. The service was very lacking at the dinner event. Servers would help a couple on the table then completely stop and go elsewhere. The rest would be left holding out their cups and the server was gone with the coffee! We also had a choice of entrees where we were given tickets to show what we ordered. Someone sitting next to me was given the wrong entree and the server tried to argue that she was given the right order despite the clearly printed ticket in front of her. Love it. When you stay try to get a room in the mansion.
The Hayes mansion has the best customer service. It's clean well priced and has nice comfortable rooms. Breakfast that comes with the room is delicious with lots of variety. We will be back again.
My family had my 70 Bday brunch and it was Great !! Food was great !! Service was wonderful!!!
