I called to make an appointment, but was told I needed a referral. I told her I had a referral. Without checking anything, I was told she needed another referral. I said I have one and it hasn’t expired. I also told her I’d been seen there before. I was put on hold again. She said I’ll check, and when I tried to ask a question, she cut me off and hung up on me.
