Visit was great and explained everything I needed I needed to know about moving forward on a procedure I was in question of doing. Post procedure has been great and life change for me to move forward.

Great surgeon, highly recommend for first consultation or a second opinion. Very knowledgeable and good listener. Supportive staff. Good outcome from 2 separate GI surgeries. I'm a healthcare worker and was very pleased to have been treated by a competent, caring surgeon. A good experience all around.

Dr Al-Azzawi did an excellent job on my colon resection surgery. He is compassionate and takes the time to listen to you. I had absolutely no problems or complications due to his excellence

This is for my mother who is 85 years old. She had gone into the ER because of severe abdominal pain. After appropriate testing it was determined she had air and other substances in the abdominal cavity and the decision was made to do an exploratory laparotomy. Dr. Al-Azzawi performed this procedure. A puss like substance was found and was sent out to pathology to find out what is was. He told he did not find any tears or perforations any where in the digestive tract upon inspection. I had a procedure done with Dr. Hayden Al-Azzawi He arrived pleasantly smiling and explained the procedure to me. The procedure was completed within the time scheduled and my pain level is 3 out of 10. His practice and the hospital provided me with excellent care. Thank you for being such a skilled and compassionate doctor.

I had to have an emergency colostomy. There was a general surgeon on staff at the hospital but I wanted a specialist. I was in so much pain, I barely remember the days before the surgery but I remember his face appearing in my drugged up fog and he said he could do the surgery. He was so kind, I just said "yes, please." I won't say it was fun but he certainly made it as easy as he could. After the surgery he went out to the waiting room and explained everything to my kids. Dr. Al-Azzawi was fantastic! I had Colon resection surgery. His staff was great and Dr. Al-Azzawi has a great bed side manner and came highly recommended to me from other doctors. I can't say enough good things. I am feeling great!
