Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Were the chiropractor's hands uncomfortably cold during your treatment? Somewhat, I was able to bear it but it definitely wasn't comfortable Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? No, not really Does the provider's staff treat you well? Somewhat Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

Somewhat Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Not really, it wasn't very clean

Did you feel like this provider's office was sufficiently staffed? No Did the waiting room smell clean? Not really How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Terrible Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Briefly Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? No, they aren't known for being skillful Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

Does this provider welcome questions? Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question Did this chiropractor answer all of your questions? Some were answered Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? Yes, I was left alone too long Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Yes, they need to clean or sterilize their facility more Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable

Did you feel like your pain was lessened after your chiropractic treatment? Yes, I felt better than I've felt in years when I left! Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

I was very comfortable during my entire treatment Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Would you recommend this chiropractor to others? I Already Have

Did you experience any numbness after your appointment with this chiropractor? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left! Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond
