This place absolutely feels like home! Aaron on the maintenance team was incredibly nice and took extra time out of his day to give me some home advice outside of what I even filed a maintenance request for. I am very happy here!
Maintenance member Rudy is an absolute ray of sunshine! He continuously goes and above and beyond to ensure my comfortability as a resident as well as always keeping a contagiously positive attitude.
The building staff Rudi and the maintenance Sergio are the best. They are always around taking great care of the property and if you need anything they handle it right away.
Hayden on Hollywood is a good home. During my Chemo treatment the staff was communicative and cared more than most managed properties. Rudy keeps the place clean and was really thoughtful when I wasn’t getting around so well. Check it out. It’s a fun neighborhood vibe.
Rudy’s the best. We see him around a lot, always keeping things clean and well taken care of. He’s friendly, reliable, and really helps make the place feel looked after. Grateful for all he does!
