Verified Renter Great community, amazing amenities, frequent lack of communication with leasing office. They rarely answer phones or emails which can be frustrating to bridge communication especially with time sensitive issues. I’ve mentioned it several times in the past in person and on reviews they knew I wrote and still no change.

Verified Renter It’s been all around a great experience so far, super quiet apartment complex, beautiful apartment, and friendly neighbors! The best part of it all, is having somewhere to park when getting off of work at 2am!

Horrible Value I genuinely loved my apartment at first. The windows look great and the management and maintenance are very kind. After almost a year of living here though, I am planning to move ASAP. The build quality of these apartments is horrendous. My balcony door freezes over and has a horrible draft. My bedroom window that doesn’t open has a draft somehow. The flooring peels off. The closet doors come off their tracks daily. The shower is uneven and water sits unless I actively push the puddles to the drain from the co... read more

Beautiful Community-Poor Management We had a great first year, and then everything just seemed to go wrong all at once. We experienced a maintenance issue every other week. Our washer and dryer had to be replaced twice in the span of 3 months. Then, in the middle of summer, our fridge started acting up. We put in another request, and they sent someone to look at it and “replaced” it...except they didn’t. It was the same exact fridge.
