Horrible Value I genuinely loved my apartment at first. The windows look great and the management and maintenance are very kind. After almost a year of living here though, I am planning to move ASAP. The build quality of these apartments is horrendous. My balcony door freezes over and has a horrible draft. My bedroom window that doesn’t open has a draft somehow. The flooring peels off. Beautiful Community-Poor Management We had a great first year, and then everything just seemed to go wrong all at once. We experienced a maintenance issue every other week. Our washer and dryer had to be replaced twice in the span of 3 months. Then, in the middle of summer, our fridge started acting up. We put in another request, and they sent someone to look at it and “replaced” it...except they didn’t. It was the same exact fridge.
