Verified Renter Great place to live! Loved living here! I legit never heard my neighbors through walls and everything was super nice and clean! I would deff lived here if we didn’t move to a house longer.
Verified Renter I continue to enjoy living here at Hayden Lofts, I'm close to work, my partner and everything that I need to have a happy and successful life. My apartment has an amazing Waterview and the complex offers great amenities.
Verified Renter The condition at move in could've been better. The door moldings and floor to wall wood trim have swollen from water damage. Cob webs in the closet tells me the place wasn't even looked through. There's paint running down the doors, trim and even the stained farm doors have white paint on them, there's paint on every piece of hardware, towel holders, door handles, mirrors, glass etc. I expected more.

Verified Renter The move-in process was effortless thanks to the leasing staff. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, which is great compared to my past community. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and the staff was very friendly. Cannot wait to enjoy the amenities Hayden Lofts has to offer.

Verified Renter It's been over a year now since I moved to Hayden Lofts and I have to say I continue to love living here. The staff are amazing and the maintenance team does an excellent job at taking care of the many needs of the Community. Urgent needs are addressed sometimes within hours of submitting your maintenance request. Are things perfect no, but it's apartment living.
