This is a man who is doctor only for the money. I had only one visit with him and left in tears. I had just moved, was sick with a respiratory infection and without knowing me from Adam's house cat refused to see me if I would not take a drug test that my insurance did not cover. ($99.00). Gave me nothing for the infection but a referral. I even called and complained to RMC Healthcare and my insurance to ask that he be removed as a provider. He should not get one star but a star rating was required to submit a review.

I Had used Dr. Hayden as my Primary care provider. I have not really been happy with his services, I went in for a check up and his nurse had no clue why I was there and when I had told her of wanting a check up and to check out some pains in my shoulders. She wrote it all down in the computer and when Dr. Hayden came into the room the nurse did her part and explained what the visit was about and his response see was to check breathing with stehoscope. That was the extent of the examination.
My first and last visit with this doctor. Worst ever. He is abrupt, unfriendly, rude, doesn't explain anything, has to be asked everything. You go in to get a doctor's care right? You get treated like you're a nuisance in his day. I would NOT recommend him to anyone. He doesn't deserve a star at all. He is, again, the worst doctor I have ever been to.
The doctor spent less than 10 minutes with me explaining nothing and looking like he wasn't really interested. When I spoke about my concerns he was utterly uninterested. I brought blood work that was done else where, he glanced at it and spoke about all of 2 minutes but I was charged by his office $50... My wife tried him and had the same experience too.
I don't feel as if Dr. Hayden actually cares about me as a patient. He doesn't discuss options or opinions and always acts as if he does not have time. Twice now I have had to go for a second opinion and am now changing doctors.
