Was looking into them for possible financing. Misleading business practices. Their posts online said nothing about the vehicle being "as is" the photo provided showed no lights on the dash. When I inquired further about the vehicle in question they tried to upsell me into something emore expensive saying that the vehicle was "as is" and had lights on the dash. Hayden’s auto was great customer service very responsive and made sure everything was done right I would recommend those guys to anybody looking for a good used vehicle
Predatory dealership. Adam Collins is rude to clients when he doesn’t get his way. Customer service training appears to have been more of a suggestion than a requirement. He seems considerably more interested in locking people into contracts they don’t want than actually helping them find the right vehicle or financing situation.I would strongly recommend choosing literally any other dealership before dealing with this guy. The whole experience left the impression that customer satisfaction is very low on the priority list.... read more

Stay as far away from Hayden Agencies as you can. Terrible customer service!! Nasty people to deal with!! Carxwas to be delivered in 4 days and it took them 10 days. Salesman Marlon would return my inquiries for several days. I purchased extra snow tires to put on steel rims. The vehicles needed new tires to pass safety. They put my snow tires on so they wouldn't have to buy new tires. Detail not done. They said they would do another detail. It came back in same condition.
