Not gonna lie, had a rough 1st experience, was not the dealership, it was a situation made by an employee they had selling at that time, which is no longer employed there. I dropped my truck off for service 10 months into my possession of it. With in 3 days, I got a call from Corey McNeil, one of the managers at Hayden Auto Agencies. *PLEASE READ* Hands down, the absolute WORST experience at any car dealership I have ever had. Purchased a vehicle that was completely broken, windshield cracked, rear door didn’t even OPEN, muffler broken, hole in a pipe underneath and claim it was good enough to pass inspection. Signing papers when my SALESMAN starts vaping in his office, Hayden’s didn’t pay off my trade in loan for almost 2 months so was paying 2 car loans at the same time and was told they forgot to send the cheque. Just wanted to leave a little review for you that you guys are the worst rip offs, had my vehicle for about 2-3 weeks had to replace back brakes and rotors and of course not covered under warranty, now having the car only 3 months had to take it to garage and needs a pile of work $1152 worth to be exact and of course none of that is covered under the warranty.
