Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Was this dentist friendly? Yes Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Yes

Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Yes, I always enjoy my appointments Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked

Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen! Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
